SHIPPING, RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Returns/Exchanges may be made for store credit ONLY. No complete refunds will be issued. Exchanges/Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of the time the item is received. Items must be in unworn/unwashed condition, must be free of stains (including deodorant and makeup), smells (including smoke, air freshener and perfume) and must be free of animal hair. All tags must be attached. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

 

If an item is received by the boutique that is ineligible for return/exchange, the customer will be contacted and responsible for return shipping of the item.

 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. Jewelry, accessories and bralettes are final sale as well and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shoes are listed as ‘accessory items’.

 

Once we have received the item(s), please allow 2-3 business days for your credit to be issued. Your credit will be issued via e-mail from ABBEYROADBOUTIQUE@GMAIL.COM. Your credit may then be used towards a future purchase. Please watch your e-mail for your credit.

 

We cannot exchange for another size. Therefore we will not hold items. Items must be fully returned, and credit issued, and then you may purchase the new size if it is in stock.

 

SHIPPED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE OF THE ORIGINAL ITEM. Restock Fee does not apply to items that are pick-up only.
